Satanism is a religion, they have a set of ideology and beliefs like other religions. There are many different groups who claim to be satanist, so what I understand it as varies… You have satanist who are members of The Church of Satan… Satanist who pray to the christian Devil, Lucifer as their God, there are satanist who believe in pure evil and chaos, and there are satanist who simply pray to satan and believe that satan is ultimate power, but does not indulge only in evil, but peace through their god… who so happens to be satan.
Satanism is just as broad and diverse as Christianity…
